Commission Stylist

We’re looking for licensed hairstylists who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and contributing to a positive salon culture.

Compensation

Hourly Wage + Uncapped Weekly Performance Commission
Our compensation structure is designed to reward growth, consistency, and exceptional service performance:

● 0% commission on weekly service sales up to $325
● 29% commission on $325 – $450
● 43% commission on $450 – $575
● 50% commission on $575 – $700
● 56% commission on $700 – $825
● 59% commission on $825 – $950
● 62% commission on $950 – $1,075

Commission is calculated weekly based on total service sales and is paid in addition to hourly wages. Earnings are uncapped.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time station, part-time rental, station sharing, or occasional rental space, we have options to fit your needs.

Flexible Rental Options

● Full-Time Booth Rental (4 days/week) – $250/week
● Part-Time Booth Rental (2 days/week) – $150/week
● Premium Private Station (No Sharing) – $300/week
● Station Sharing Opportunities Available
● Daily Rental Rate – $95/day

Leadership Opportunities

Experienced stylists interested in mentoring junior team members may qualify for additional hourly compensation. Areas of support may include:
● Color formulation
● Consultation skills
● Haircutting techniques
● Professional development coaching
